How often do you take the time to be present with nature?   

Most of us go through our days rushing out of the house,  then rush to get our work done, then rush for dinner… you get the idea.   Most of us just never stop working even at home.

If you take just a few minutes each day to be present with nature, observing your surroundings or listening to relaxing music you may feel a difference.  You may feel it in your body or feel more relaxed.  What a difference it can make.
